For this run, we’re hosting a 1776 pre-funk dinner on the Fourth of July at the Little Panida, with proceeds benefiting veterans.

Your ticket includes 1776 and a catered dinner by Ivano’s, accompanied by live music from recording artist JoDavi in an intimate setting. A North Carolina–based singer-songwriter, composer, and recording artist, JoDavi is known for creating “Cinema Soul,” a unique blend of gospel, jazz, and soul.

After dinner, head over to the main Panida Theater to experience 1776: The Musical.

Proceeds from the dinner will benefit North Idaho Veterans.

Tickets for the pre-funk package are $135 each and include dinner, live music by JoDavi, and 1776. Tickets for dinner and live music only (no 1776) are available for $110.

A Note About the Future of Honey Pearl Productions

Unfortunately, The Panida is no longer a venue option for Honey Pearl Productions. With rising rental costs and more limited access to rehearsal time, the partnership no longer benefits both parties. As a result, 1776 will be our last production at The Panida and, for the foreseeable future, our last production in general.

While there are other venues in town with smaller, more intimate settings, we got into this work because we love big productions, with elaborate sets, flashy costumes, and maybe a dance routine or two…or three. Currently, The Panida is the only venue in town that allows for productions of this scale. We do not dream of going smaller; we dream of going bigger. Without The Panida as an option, we will pause our productions until a new venue becomes available.
